  Steel Chamfer

  MS chamfer provide smooth and professional finish for all right angle material intersection. E.g. corners, walls, columns and beams etc. The length of the steel strip is 4 m and size of right angle available in 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm & 30mm.

  Ring Clutch & Lifting Clutch

  The Ring Clutch & lifting clutch is a lifting assembly consisting of a bail, clutch, and curved bolt handle. Capacity varies from 1.3 ton to 45 ton.

• 

  Lifting Sockets & Loops

  Lifting sockets and fixing sockets are used in precast concrete, GRC, facades and cladding industries for fixing, lifting and installation. The sizes varies from 6mm to 36mm having both M thread and RD thread. The capacity hold by sockets varies from1.3 ton to 45 ton. Lifting loops are used as an assembly with sockets which directly clamped with crane hoist.

  Connector Box & wire loop

  Connecting Loops are single-wire loops for connecting precast wall panels to each other or to a column. Connecting Loops make wall installation easy: just remove the tape and bend the loop to the operating position. The size of loops available in 60mm, 80mm and 100mm.

  Erection Anchor & 2 Hole Anchor

  The Tech Erection Anchor is designed for use with precast elements during the edge lifting and rotation/handling process. If desired, the anchor utilizes a shear plate and tension bar that loops through the anchor to distribute the load into the concrete. The capacity varies from 1.3 ton to 26 ton.

  Corrugated Pipe & Galvanized Steel Coil

  Corrugated pipes are mainly used in precast concrete products and pre-stressed concrete for providing better sturdy sleeve and injection concrete grout. The diameter of pipe varies from 30mm to 80mm. The length can be made as per the customer requirement.

  Spherical Anchor & Capstan Anchor

  spherical head anchor is cast into the concrete together with a removable recess former, and can be used to carry loads in all directions. Anchors with load capacities of up to 450 KN are available.

• 

  Rubber recess formers & End Caps

  Rubber Recess Formers are used for mounting anchors to wooden formwork, or floating installation for all variations of Spread Anchors. A smaller version is available for Universal Anchors.
